The total you see at checkout is the total you pay - no hidden fees, no surcharges for large or heavy items.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. If an item in your order is delayed, we email you before it ships.

Delivery times are estimates measured in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Carrier delays outside our control can occasionally add time; the estimate shown on each product page is calculated from these numbers.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes for oversized items, or to freight forwarders at this time.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@valuecrateaz.com as soon as possible - we can usually fix it before the order ships. Once shipped, a parcel cannot be redirected.
Lost, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or never arrives - we replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
