Refund policy
The short version: 30 days from delivery to return any unused item · no restocking fees · you pay return postage if you changed your mind - we pay if the item is damaged, wrong, or never arrived · refunds to your original payment method in 5-10 business days.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all parts, manuals and accessories, and your order number as proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective: opened personal-care items, opened food and beverage, opened consumables (filters, batteries, chemicals, aerosols), and items marked final sale.
How to start a return
- Contact us at support@valuecrateaz.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm your return and send instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of your return being approved. We recommend a tracked service.
Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we email you a confirmation, and the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Banks and card issuers can take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our fault.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items
Report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund - at no cost to you.
